Outerwear Essentials

It has reached the point in New Mexico where I am no longer ashamed to be bundled up from my toes to the tip-top of my head... this week has just been terribly too cold!  I am sure I look ridiculous - but trust me, the stares don't bother me!  Since I work on a university campus, I don't get a parking space right outside the front door.  I have to walk a good 15 minutes to get from my car to the building, and trust me, the New Mexico mornings are particularly frigid... Isn't this supposed to be the desert, or something?!!

Below you'll find my three favorite cold-weather essentials... an infinity scarf, leather gloves, and a warm hat (the hats are a bit rough, but just remember: forget about the stares - we're going for warm)!

  2. Lisa, I have a problem! I look at any grouping of things and pick the most expensive. Oh my gosh, love that cheetah infinity from HENRI BENDEL'S. Seriously. I should go on television with this talent. Love this. I'm from Chicago and California is freaking out about this "cold" fifty degree weather. Haha.

    1. Nina, can we please be best friends?!

I am pretty sure we may be the same person... I don't know how it happens but I always seem to pick out, without fail, the most expensive item in any grouping.

For real - sometimes it makes me proud, other times it makes me sad.. haha!
